All parents/carers can use Tax-Free Childcare alongside the 3 and 4 year old 15 and 30 hours free childcare schemes.

Parents/carers can’t use Tax-Free Childcare at the same time as they receive childcare vouchers, Universal Credit or Tax Credits.

The Tax Free Childcare System can be used by all parents/carers regardless of age. If you have to pay childcare fees you can use the Tax Free childcare system to pay for all or some of your fees. Just like most parents/carers to with childcare vouchers. The Tax Free Childcare system is replacing childcare vouchers, which will phase out over time. You can still use childcare vouchers and Tallulah Beau Day Care still accepts all childcare vouchers.

Terms and Conditions

As in all businesses, it is vital for the delivery of our services that parents/carers follow the terms and conditions of the setting in respect of payments. You will be asked to sign the specific terms and conditions of our nursery upon registration. The contract between yourselves and the company works as a two-way partnership. Providing that you agree to pay the nominated fee in accordance with your terms and conditions, we agree to offer the up most flexible hours for your needs should they suit the nursery needs also. If you find the payment terms and conditions difficult to maintain, please discuss this with us and we will be more than happy to arrange a separate agreement regarding our nursery fees.

We do offer a number of ‘Fixed Term Contracts’ which may suit parents/carers who work in education or in roles around the same working pattern. Please contact our individual nursery settings for further information. We will always work hard to meet your childcare needs so do please feel free to contact us regarding your individual requirements.

Invoices are raised each month and payment of nursery fees are required in advance either via bank transfer, Tax Free Childcare payments or cash at our sites.
